Premier Auto Detailing

I picked Premier from a friend and he was very happy. I dropped the car off for two windows that were bubbling. Had remove and reinstall new tint. Picked up the car and it looked great. Perfect match to the other windows. Price was what I was quoted. I recommend Premier for any work of the kind. Great people to work with.

I had a 2pm appointment for window tint and I arrived pretty early, a little after 1. I anticipated camping out for awhile due to being early and the service so I was hunkering down in the waiting room. It was 1:50pm and my car was ready to go!! Such a good experience here. Friendly staff and good work. I can't wait to schedule a detail with them soon! :)

Update: Premier offered to re-tint the windows with the tint peeling under warranty and corrected the issue. They were very accommodating and I can say I am very satisfied now that all the windows are looking good! Original review: I had window tint done last year. Overall, everyone was friendly and easy to work with but the product didn't quite meet my expectations for the price I paid. The front driver and passenger window tint does not seem to be adhered completely near the edge of the window, almost like it is peeling off. I thought it would improve as time went on, but it has not. I don't necessarily think it is getting worse, but it has been like this since I got the car back. The rest of the job, especially the front windshield, was done well and the tint is effective at keeping heat out of the car, but I must say that the installation quality on the front driver and passenger windows are unfortunately not what I would expect for how much I paid. The customer service was great and they even were able to give me a ride to work after dropping off my car. However, the overall quality of the experience and installation has made me hesitant to return to Premier for other s

Not gonna lie, there are cheaper places in town… but… if you want to know for sure it’s going to be done RIGHT and look perfect, go here. I’ve had window tint installed and it’s been flawless for a couple of years now. Have had my car detailed a few times and I’m always totally impressed by their work. They do the work in the time it says it will take and I’ve never gotten my car back and thought anything other than “Wow! Worth it!”

The actual service done was okay on the body. I got the ceramic coating. First they said it recommend 3-4 hours for the initial cure, then when I was there to pickup and it had just been applied and was given the go ahead. Unclear communication and requirement boundaries set. If it needs the time to cure then make that a requirement. Stand behind your work and the care it needs afterwards. I would also have liked better email communication, examples / pickup time, quote and receipt, details about warranty(lacking documentation) I noticed not all bare spots were hit on the undercoating which was the thing I really wanted done. Because all the darn salt Indiana uses. Most of it was coated. I also don't not claim to be any sort of expert on detailing or undercoating. 3 stars for the benifit of the doubt. I liked this place but unfortunately I do not think I can recommend it after spending nearly 1500$
